This is a comprehensive 6 hour course presented by five of Utah's leading experts on Utah Impact Fees. Topics covered include the procedure to create or amend an impact fee system, what projects are eligible and the required documentation to justify a fee. How fees are collected, what adjustments must be made to ensure fairness, and how they are challenged both through the court system and in local appeals procedure and arbitration are also covered. Those attending will receive a our new Utah Impact Fees Handbook and Checklists.
