This seminar is designed to show participants the requirements and intricacies of Utah’s impact fee statutes. Experienced professionals from finance, legal, and other professions will instruct on how participants can help a municipal organization properly institute an impact fee. Several topics will be covered including the comprehensive plan, planning, budgeting, and disclosure requirements. We strongly encourage city employees and officials along with individuals from the development community to attend this seminar so that everyone knows what the new Utah laws now require. - Salt Lake City April 14th, 2010 This year the seminar will be taught at the Law and Justice Center, 645 South 200 East.
