About Us

www.utahlanduse.org is the website for the Utah Land Use Insitute, a Utah non-profit corporation created to educate and inform Utah citizens about the land use management process.  We sponsor seminars, conferences, publications and other public outreach programs to help all of those involved in the planning and zoning process fully participate.  Other areas of interest include private property rights and eminent domain.  We also encourage the use of alternative dispute resolution methods to solve land use conflicts and to assist with collaborative decision making.
