All sales of books and publications are final and no returns are allowed. As a small non-profit we have no capacity to handle returns or allowances.
Seminar and conference reservations may be cancelled without penalty and with a full refund two weeks before the seminar or conference. If the cancellation is received less than two weeks before the seminar or conference, but more than five business days before, a $25.00 service charge will be imposed on those cancelling. Cancellations made five business days or less before the conference will be assessed a service charge equal to $25.00 or half the applicable registration fee, but not more than $100.00. There are no cancellations allowed on the day of the seminar or conference. Cancellations must be via email to info@utahlanduse.org. |
