This publication is a overview guide to land use laws and regulations in Utah. The deskbook includes checklists of the appropriate procedures to follow for several types of land use actions including, public hearings, variance requests, and other important processes. This version also contains the Land Use, Development, and Management Act as well as the Impact Fee Act.
